To deliver on our products and solutions commitment to our national customers, we need a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations in our new tape facility in West Valley City, UT. You will be responsible for the overall plant production and day-to-day operations, manage budgets, CAPEX, and reports, lead continuous improvements and lean initiatives, promote employee engagement, improve retention, and have transparent communication with the team on goals and objectives.
