$1,000/$500 (FT/PT) New Employee Bonus over first year of employment.
Overtime after 40 Hours. Get Paid for Sleep Hours.
$13.00 per hour; Experience, training, and willingness to accept additional responsibilities determine pay rate.

ISS assists individuals with developmental disabilities to live independently in their homes and communities in Bucyrus and Galion. Assistance is provided with all aspects of daily living skills and varies depending on the needs of each individual served. Hours available Monday - Friday on second and third shift as well as all shifts on weekends.
Experience working with developmental disabilities is not required, however, DSP applicants must:
- have a caring, positive attitude
- be 18 years of age or older
- have a high school diploma/GED or willingness to work toward obtaining GED within 2 years
- pass random drug screens

Responsibilities of the DSP include:
- Maintain quality of care and provide personal supports to individuals as outlined in each individual service plan;
- Assist with community activities including shopping, banking, and recreation;
- Supervise and record the administration of medications; and
- Facilitate transportation to appointments and community activities.
