Starting pay for non-CDL drivers:
$17 - $20+ per hour plus bonuses

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is hiring immediately for dedicated team drivers! As a driver, you will pack, move, transport, and assemble customers’ items. Every day is different, and every move brings new challenges, but our goal is simple; we are here to help our customers. Experience in the fields of general labor, warehouse labor, landscaping, construction, or truck driving helpful.
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen. High school diploma or equivalent required! "Must be 20 years or older to be eligible"
Pay: $17- $20+ an hour (tips included)
NO PREVIOUS PROFESSIONAL DRIVING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

What We Do
- Inspect truck and moving equipment inventory
- Be courteous while driving vehicle on roadways
- Greet customers professionally and walkthrough job sites to gauge moves and safety items
- Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing
- Pack and unpack customer belongings with proper materials and boxes
- Prep furniture for safe transit to destination
- Load and unload customer’s furniture and boxes wherever they need
- Provide an excellent experience, rather than just a service for customers
- Accurately complete work orders and payment collection
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and regular drug screening
- Excellent people skills
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Work well in a team environment
- Enjoy working with your hands
