Friendship Circle provides assistance and support to special needs kids, teens and adults as well as individuals and families struggling with isolation, addiction and disabilities. In addition to helping those in need, Friendship Circle enriches its vast network of volunteers by enabling them to reap the rewards of selfless giving.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Friendship Circle is developing a new sustainer program that will join the collection of giving programs already in operation. The sustainer program is an opportunity to cultivate current and potential donors to give monthly. This individual will ensure the sustainer acquisition, conversion, and retention of donors by working on well planned campaigns with the executive director and the director of marketing.

MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement the sustainer program with clearly defined objectives
• Set up a moves management system and other AI mechanisms to steward sustainers
• Develop and manage a marketing program targeting potential donors & acknowledging sustaining members
• Be the face of the sustainer program and cultivate relationships with sustainers.
• Regularly evaluate systems and processes to ensure maximum efficiency and revenue with a focus on retention and recovery processes.
• Implement new retention and recovery techniques as needed.
• Provide regular analysis and detailed reports on the sustainer program.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good strategic thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and processes
• Able to work individually or as part of a team
• Proven ability to deal with donors & prospects in a variety of situations
• A good understanding of technology and AI

REQUIRED INTERESTS & EXPERIENCE

• At least two years of experience working in nonprofit development with an emphasis on campaign management.
• A strong passion for non-profit development work.
• An interest in building and growing programs and related gifts.
• Experience using Salesforce NPSP
• Experience with online fundraising campaigns
• Experience running direct mail campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
