DON: Saranac Lake, NY
- Provides clinical and administrative leadership planning, organizing, directing, monitoring and evaluating safe, superior and quality resident care to ensure the advancement of clinical practice and resident care.
- Develops, implements, and manages ongoing measurement, action planning, and evaluation methods related to all dimensions of performance inclusive of budget, productivity, culture of safety, associate engagement, resident satisfaction, physician satisfaction, and clinical outcome targets for the areas of responsibility.
