Job Summary
Location: Coalition Clinic- hiring for both Wasilla & Fairbanks, AK clinics
DO position in a full-service primary care clinic supporting the family practice and occupational health needs of our clients. We are seeking new team members for both our clinics in Wasilla and Fairbanks. We are uniquely aligned with employers and health trusts to provide the best in class primary and family care to our patients.
Hiring for part-time and/or full-time DO serving both scheduled appointments and walk-in patient needs from chronic disease management to acute injury and illness. The part-time position is a consistent weekly schedule (2 or 3 days/week) and the full-time position is 4 days a week, 10 hours a day schedule (minimum).
The clinics see patients 2 years of age and up and provides comprehensive primary care. The scope of services range from x-ray, minor in-office procedures, onsite medication dispensary, chronic disease management, women’s care, sports physicals to immunizations.

Level of Education
Active Alaska License for DO
Minimum 3-5 years relevant family practice and urgent care experience
Physical Demands and Work Conditions
Work conditions are such that significant time will be spent walking, standing, stooping, sitting, assisting with positioning patients, and include some lifting. Exposure to anesthetic gases, blood and body fluids, sharps, and other health care occupational hazards is routine. Conditions will include exposure to hospital grade cleaning solutions, flammable solutions and gases, e.g., alcohol and oxygen, as well as latex and other industrial chemicals.
Contingencies
Offer contingent upon ability to pass pre-employment drug testing (federal panel), physical exam, fitness for duty assessment for remote work, background check and motor vehicle report.
