New wage rate of $15.75 hourly with an increase to at least $16.25 hourly in 6 months.Dock associate/Clerk position at our Stoughton Thrift Store, located at 1509 HWY 51
Wage bump to $16.25 per hour after six months.
Hours will be 8-29 hours per week and shifts will vary according to business need. Shifts will correspond with temporary store hours: Monday-Saturday 9:00am-6:30pm and Sunday 9am-5:30pm. You must be available on weekends for shifts.

Job summary:
This employee will be a key member of the Thrift Store team, focused on service to the customers, clients and donors, cashiering and restocking merchandise as well as handling donations.

Primary duties:
-Provide customer and donor assistance throughout the store: answer questions, anticipate customer's needs, offer help, and encourage sales
-Operate cash register
-Maintain dressing rooms, keeping them neat and clean
-Restock merchandise on floor
-Keep merchandise clean and in the most salable condition
-Load donation trailers in a safe and efficient manner
-Keep the restrooms and break areas clean
-Assist in unloading incoming trucks from the processing center

Essential requirements:
-Punctual and work required shifts consistently
-Able to lift up to 35lbs regularly
-Able to deal with the public in a friendly and courteous manner
-Capable of performing all job functions, including sales work, reading and writing sales slips, loading and unloading trucks, performing cleaning duties
