Summary of Responsibilities:
The DMG Development Program was created to develop the next wave of leaders within our sales and operations teams. Program graduates will be experts in DMG services, equipped with the skills, knowledge, and ability to provide operational excellence to our clients.
The Development Program consists of six months of paid training. The first four months focus on mastering DMG’s business model, laying the foundation for operational excellence. The final two months focus on job-specific training and development, depending on each participant’s interests, skills, and desired career path.

Position Responsibilities:
- Become a subject-matter expert in delivering operational excellence to our customers.
- Manage relationships with DMG customers and facility maintenance providers.
- Expedite and track customer work orders.
- Secure non-routine work orders and collaborate with DMG District Managers on pricing and execution for assigned accounts.
- Use independent decision making in working with customers and third-party vendors (i.e., assigning work to technicians, creating work orders, invoicing, opening, and closing cases in DMG systems, etc.)Take full responsibility for managing assigned account(s), even during non-traditional work hours. Facility maintenance is a 24/7 business, and this position may require weekend and holiday work as well as on-call shifts to support the customer.
- Process work orders, including submission into client systems/back-office platform.
- Provide support for RFPs and proposal/quote development.
- Troubleshoot customer needs.
- Verify work quality, ensuring it meets DMG standards.
- Communicate with customers to confirm work schedules and completion, owning results and communication for the entirety of a work order’s lifecycle.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A strong work ethic and competitive nature
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high-stress situations
- Experience managing a high-volume workload, delivering consistent results with urgency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information to internal and external clients in a clear, focused, and concise manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience working effectively within a team
- Experience in a client-facing or customer-service role is a plus
- Experience in a deadline-sensitive role – with strong results – is a plus
- Experience working with contracts, work orders and/or invoicing is a plus
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent in education and experience)
- Extensive working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Can manage the stress of a fast-paced environment
- Can work effectively with a team
- Able to meet any in-person requirements of the team or business needs
