Job description
We are searching for a DEI Specialist -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will develop and implement integrated strategies to further the DEI program and ensure broad and meaningful impact for leaders, team members, and future employees. You will work in collaboration with HR and organizational leadership to ensure organizational priorities related to DEI are executed in alignment with organizational needs. Key functions of this role include program design and implementation, project management, developing evaluation systems to measure effectiveness of programs and interventions, communications strategy and content development, coordination of program activities.

- Serve as primary project lead and consultant for DEI initiatives
- Serve as DEI Lead for multiple areas and departments to maximize program engagement
- Foster an organizational culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Be a change agent for DEI work, internally and externally
- Ensure HR Communications, websites, and social media plan is reflective of DEI strategy
- Provide support to HR Executive Team related to special events and programming
- Develop and implement DEI programs based on best practices, data from internal and external sources, feedback from past programs, and evidence-based strategies
- Maximize program engagement through active and ongoing communications
- Implement leader and staff resources to support expanding the conversation and closing gaps in understanding across different groups
- Identify opportunities to drive DEI initiatives and foster maximizing impacts
- Routinely review HR Communications to align with DEI strategy and initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors and assist with vendor selection, when appropriate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
