DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
  • Supervises assigned Retail Representatives P
  • Provides feedback, guidance, training and task direction
  • Monitors and evaluates staff performance, both in stores and via transmitted data
  • Communicates new procedures
  • Manages payroll and digital photo submissions
  • Participates in interview and employee selection process
  • Conducts field evaluations and computer audits
  • Prepares field reports and summaries
  • Conducts monthly district conference calls
  • Completes annual employee performance and semi-annual bonus evaluations
  • Completes assigned store calls
  • Participates in weekend events at assigned locations or with direct reports.
  • Maintains contact with local and district account managers
  • Assists with annual national merchandising meeting

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
  • Two – five years of related retail and supervisory experience
  • Must possess complete knowledge of Retail Representative responsibility
  • Formal Marketing/Merchandising training preferred
  • PC experience (Excel, Windows, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook preferred)
  • AA in Business, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent


PHYSICAL/FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Normal office environment with moderate noise levels
  • Ability to perform consistent work on a PC
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to effectively move about an office campus
  • Ability to interact with others
  • Ability to work in an environment with moderate levels of stress
  • Approximately 20-40% domestic travel
  • Extensive local travel

This position includes a base salary range of 78,051 - $117,077 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
