PEC Management is looking for a District Manager to lead our teams!

The cornerstone of our success is the District Manager. These driven individuals, develop and support a customer- focused atmosphere while ensuring the highest levels of operational excellence in their restaurants.

Responsibilities:

• Instructs, trains, coaches and develops Restaurant Manager's to become highly proficient with the ability to develop others.

• Creates an environment that fosters trust, dignity and respect, initiative, accountability, open communication, and team work.

• Responsible for meeting customer service objective levels.

• Monitors daily, weekly operational statistics and reporting trends.

• Maximizes on the overall sales and profits for the restaurants.

• Trains, guides, coaches and develops employees.

• Works well under pressure while managing multiple priorities.

• Works independently while having good organization, time management and problem solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience with at least two years at the multi-unit level, from the restaurant industry.

• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and team building capabilities.

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
