A Services Group is accepting resumes for a District Manager position to work in and around the Greenville & Spartanburg, SC area overseeing our Security, Housekeeping, and Staffing accounts. This district also includes asignments in Western NC, and in small portions of Gerogia and Virginia. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory position, be well versed in technology and computers, and have a proven track record of leadership in previous professional endeavors. The person selected will be able to work as part of a team as well as independently. They should have a proven record of being able to work remotely and travelling from job site to job site as needed. Prior service military candidates will receive expedited consideration.

ASG is a contract Security, Janitorial, and Staffing services company. We provide employees across a large number of fields and industries. Our portfolio includes customers that are leaders in their respective inustries. Gated communities, Retail facilities (shopping malls), hospitals, office buildings, Industrial and Manufacturing facilities, and more. We are seeking an individual who has the ability to lead multiple accounts, ensuring both customer satisfaction and profitability for our company. They will develop and maintain strong customer relationships as well as getting to know our staff at each site and ensuring they are adequately supplied with the training and resources needed to do the assigned jobs to the best of their ability. Ideally, the person selected will have previous experience and/or familiarity in one or more of our areas of operation-Security, Janitorial, and Staffing services.

Requirements:
-Great communication skills.
-The ability to identify and correct problems in the field.
-Skilled in creating schedules and work assignments along with making sure that employees are held accountable to aforementioned items.
-Be able to counsel employees, in both positive and negative manners as each situation dictates.
-Have the availability to travel unrestricted in the assigned area. Visiting clients and performing regular site checks is an essential part of this position.
-The ability to lead a team, and to follow directions as given from Executive leadership.
-Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Must follow our company Safety Program and ensure compliance of program at all of our sites.
