Pinkbox Doughnuts is seeking a District Manager for our growing brand! Pinkbox Doughnuts specializes in your classic favorites as well as custom creations made in-house, pleasing the pallet of any sweets-seeker! We are adding to our team of fun, dynamic, and exciting employees and hope you will join us.
This is a full time role based in Las Vegas and will travel to all stores, including St. George, UT!

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year DOE

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Our District Managers run the show by exceeding customer expectations, developing employee abilities and running a smooth operation at their assigned location.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Supervise over multiple stores and store managers
  • Ensure all products meet Pinkbox Doughnuts standards.
  • Interact with employees, customers, and vendors in a positive, professional demeanor – always being of service to those around you. Serve as a role model.
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the store.
  • Manages, executes and delegates daily functions of the store, including prepping products, serving customers, and completing daily and weekly cleaning duties.
  • Understands production and oversees the kitchen area as needed.
  • Has safe access and manager authority regarding cash handling, refunds, voids and discounts.
  • Ensure sanitation practices are being used in handling and preparing food in the kitchen. Ensures all safety and security policies are being followed as set by the Company.
  • Trains and coaches employees during each shift to ensure Company and brand standards are being met.
  • Uses tools to accomplish goals, manage labor and control inventory.
  • Conducts and attends regular manager meetings, communicating store success or areas of improvement.
  • Performs additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to successfully run the store.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 years experience in a store manager or district manager role, preferably in a quick service restaurant environment.
  • Must have Clark County Health Card
  • Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
  • Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Constant face-to-face interactions with employees and customers.
  • Safely navigate in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and remain positive in busy working conditions.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • District Managers can expect to have some early mornings, late evenings, weekend and/or holiday hours, and will have additional opening/closing responsibilities. Our stores are 24/7!
