The Position:

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Total target compensation could be $40,000 or more including overtime and potential bonuses

- Distribution Specialist I, starting pay is - $18.25 / hour

- Distribution Specialist II - $18.50 – expectation is within 60-days

- Distribution Specialist III - $19.25

• Bonus opportunity paid out at each pay period based on Team performance
• Possible consideration for further promotion to Generalist I or II with higher compensation
• On the first day you start earning your Personal Time Off (PTO) at 5% of actual hours worked

• This equates to 100 hours per year at full-time hours
• PTO can also be paid out monthly if you want!
