JOB DESCRIPTION

True North Energy Solutions – Dispatcher

General Summary

Dispatcher is responsible for Service Team related tasks performed at all True North Energy Solutions customer locations. The Dispatcher will work closely with Service Technicians, Service Manager, Project Manager, Inventory Manager, and all True North Energy customers. Emphasis is placed on safety, consistency, teamwork, positive work attitude, and excellent customer service. Dispatcher reports directly to the Service Manager.

Essential Functions of the Job

• Responsible for entering incoming service calls received via phone and email into our maintenance software.
• Responsible for the daily dispatching/scheduling of all service calls by utilizing available technicians based on location and skill set.
• Responsible for communication of the following items with technicians, customers and site personnel
• Technician Scheduling Changes
• Work Order Follow-up (Completed and Pending)
• Service Quote Follow-up and Scheduling
• 3rd Party Service Follow-up and Scheduling

Job Specifications

Education and Experience: No degree requirements. Any equivalent of training desired, which provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities. 2 years of experience desired.

• Detail oriented to ensure accuracy of work

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
