Central Stone Company has an immediate opening for a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative at our quarry located in Florissant, MO. Responsibilities include fulfilling customer orders by phone and dispatching dump trucks to project location. Position requires handling multi-line phone system, sound computer skills, good customer service skills, math skills, and ability to multi-task.

Full time days, Monday through Friday, some Saturdays and overtime as needed.

Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative responsibilities include:

• Dispatching trucks from quarry to project location Enter customer and product data into scale system (including speaking with customers on a frequent basis)
• Fulfilling customer orders
• Use electronic ticketing system to manage customer transactions
• Assist with recordkeeping, answering phones and assisting customers, and other administrative tasks

The ideal Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative candidate will have:

• Strong customer focus
• Experience with multi-line phone system
• Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
