Dispatcher

Pay: $16-18/hr, depending on experience

Schedule - Work Schedule: Full-time Opportunity. Weekend hours Required. (Shift is scheduled between the hours of 8am and 8pm)

This position is based out of our Jacksonville branch at 3340 N. Scherer Dr., Stes A & B

St. Petersburg FL 33716. This is not a remote position

As a dispatcher, you will make 50+ outbound calls a day to schedule our customers' service appointments, answer customer queries, and dispatch.

Required Credentials

• One or more years of experience as a dispatcher
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service to customers by phone while directing technicians by radio and tracking devices.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments.
• Demonstrated listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals.
• Experience gathering customer information and keying it into a computer.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and/or advanced training/education.
• Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of the local geographic territory.

Preferred Credentials:

• Experience in the area of customer service and/or a related service line, such as plumbing, air conditioning or roofing
• Telemarketing and/or phone sales experience very helpful
