Roy Miller Freight Lines, LLC., is looking to immediately fill a full-time Dispatcher position at our corporate office in Anaheim, California. Monday thru Friday; times will vary based on task at hand. We are closed on weekends and holidays. This management position may require some limited weekend and holiday work.

This management position requires the candidate to have good communication skills, be a self-starter, problem solver, even-tempered, punctual, reliable, a multi tasker, and other similar skills.

The candidate must be able to do, but not limited to, the following:

Dispatcher: Line Haul; overnight and local; days and evenings. Must currently possess dispatch skills, or a basic relative knowledge able to be trained.

Duties are, but not limited to:

· LTL Dispatch and Routing Experience. (LA, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties)

· Short Line Haul Dispatching Experience

· Dispatch local drivers

· Dispatch Short Line Haul

· Route deliveries

· Take calls from customers

· Work with other dispatchers to coordinate deliveries and loading of line and local trailers

· Direct Drivers

· Instruct Drivers

· Schedule Drivers

· Complete Operational tasks, as needed

· Cover Various Shifts AM / PM Including overnight and some weekends / holidays

Compensation:

This is an exempt salary position with compensation range from $2,200.00 to $2,600.00 per pay period (Bi-Weekly). Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, 401K & Vacation pay.

Pay: $57,200.00 - $67,600.00 per year
