Job description
Part Time - Weekends are a must - dispatcher/customer service representative for Cape Ann Transportation Authority
1. Oversees daily service and Operators assigned by tracking trip performance measures, route begin on time, performance, incidents, assigns and completed daily operator schedule(s)etc.
2. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
3. Provides customer service by responding to questions and concerns regarding customer trips including scheduling, trip arrival times, no shows, cancellations and missed trips, etc.
4. Assists with the counting of received fares in vault room
5. Completes all required and necessary daily reporting and submits to management as required.
6. Communicates effectively with Operators, maintenance, and management regarding daily operations, to include any delays or disruptions in service levels
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $22.72 per hour
