Job Duties & Expectations:*

• Dispatch drivers to locations
• Communicate closely with customers, drivers, and other dispatchers to coordinate schedules, assign workloads, and ensure the customers needs are met
• Answer high-volume phone calls from customers and drivers
• Build company revenue growth by maximizing the scheduling opportunities each day
• Reliability is a must as we work in a small team environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Able to complete required paperwork accurately and completely
• Internal and External Customer Services

Essential Job Functions:*

• Frequent and periodic speaking, reading (English), writing (English), recollecting, sitting, standing, walking, squatting, climbing, for multiple sequential periods of 30 minutes or more; pulling, pushing, lifting 20 pounds or more at a time.
• Comfortable with different technology platforms
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, excellent people skills and enjoy helping others

Requirements:*

• Dispatch and customer service: 1 year
• Detail oriented
• Flexible and available to cover other shift times as needed
• Strong typing and 10 key skills, 50wpm

Preferences:*

• Invoicing experience preferred, however, not required
• Familiarity with the local geography and construction industry is a plus
• Outgoing and friendly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
