JOB TITLE: Dishwasher
LOCATION: Omaha, NE
REPORTS TO: The Dishwasher will report to the Kitchen Manager
JOB OVERVIEW
Part Time Dishwasher duties include: Washing dishes, executing proper storage techniques, retrieving dishes from the bar, portioning product, running food, following proper sanitation standards and following on the fly directions by supervisors.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Responsible to maintain the kitchen and dining room area with a high level of sanitation to minimize food borne illness and cross contamination of food.
Responsible to follow se closing procedures
Maintain a clean kitchen and sparkling dishware
Participate in daily kitchen and food prep
Provide outstanding hospitality.
Load full dish racks on belt and ensure correct placement in accordance to the instructions for the operation of the machine.
Disassembly, cleaning, set up and maintenance of work areas.
Wash soiled ware using standardized procedures.
Remove trash from the dining room and kitchen areas
Assist with food supply and receiving
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 16 years or older.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide quick and courteous service.
Must maintain a neat appearance and possess a pleasant personality.
Must be able to multi-task and assist in any area necessary
Ability to communicate with a positive attitude.
