Description: As an Ojo Dishwasher, you’ll be responsible for supplying the restaurant with clean, sanitized dishes.
What You'll do

Meet and exceed resort cleanliness and quality standards

• Supply spotless, sanitized dishes for use
• Provide clean kitchen utensils for the cooks
• Operate the dishwashing machine
• Ensure adequate dishes and utensils are available at all times
• Ensure that kitchen floors and dishwashing area are maintained in a clean, safe & sanitary condition

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant or related experience preferred.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Comfortable working independently and managing workload while supporting a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Punctuality and reliability are critical.
• Good verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend labels on chemicals.
• Valid New Mexico Food Handler certification required before hire.
• Ability to stand for eight or more hours per day, sit, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb stairs, push and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays

• Ability to successfully pass a background check
