OVERVIEW

• Ensure front and back of house dishware is properly cleaned and sanitized
• Support kitchen team in the rotation of and daily setup and breakdown of kitchen work areas
• Perform routine cleaning of equipment and receptacles
• Properly carry out duties that follow established policies, procedures and high standards of quality and safety

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification; will train
• ServSafe Alcohol Certification: will train
• Current CPR, First Aid, AED certifications and Child Abuse prevention training; will train
• Must be able to lift/carry weights up to 50 pounds
• Ability to remain on feet for extended periods of time
• Comfortable with frequently immersing hands in water and work in a hot and damp environment

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
