• $19-26 hourly (15.40 base + consistent tip pool)

Responsibilities:

• Dishwashing
• Maintaining kitchen work areas- washing surfaces and equipment.
• Keep dish area free of clutter & organized
• Maintains clean and dry floors through their shift
• Other various cleaning tasks as needed, keeping the area up to Chicago health code standards.
• Bussing tables
• Barback duties, including assisting in set up and maintenance of the bar.
• Food running & drink running
• Folding boxes & various other tasks as needed.

• Works with a sense of urgency and pride
• Demonstrates critical thinking when unexpected situations arise
• Ability to quickly and proficiently address customer concerns
• Ability to work quickly and cleanly
• Have a professional and positive attitude and friendly demeanor
