• ServiceMaster is a nationally award winning leader in the Disaster Restoration and Insurance Repair Industry. We currently have one Outside Sales position open in our Woodinville office. The responsibilities of this position will include working as a liaison during the restoration repair process between the insured (home owner and/or commercial representative), insurance adjuster, and contractors.

This position involves -

• Working both in/out of the office daily
• Opportunities to expand your customer base
• This position requires the ability to work with multiple customers during several phases of the insurance repair process. Organizational skills are extremely important as this is a fast paced environment; the ability to deal with stressful situations in a calm, productive manner is a must. This position also requires daily relationships selling to insurance professionals throughout your assigned area. This is a full time Sales position offering good benefits with the opportunity to grow into a large loss Sales position as your skills develop.
• The hours are primarily Monday - Friday standard business hrs. There will be on-call requirements as well, so a flexible work schedule is required. The compensation package will include a base salary plus performance bonus, car allowance and benefits. Your salary and bonus are not limited, it is solely driven by your performance. Vacation –

• 1st year= 1 week (1 week equals five 8-hour days)
• 2nd- 4th year= 2 weeks
• 5th- 14th year= 3 weeks
• 15th year and on= 4 weeks
