Disability Attorney
We are looking for a highly experienced Disability Attorney who can help us file a claim successfully to receive disability insurance coverage.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Consultations, case research, and hearings before an administrative law judge
- Ensuring the paperwork is filled out completely and correctly
- Help the applicant understand the process and gather medical evidence to support the claim.
- Help us win our claim or appeal to receive disability insurance coverage
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.), Master of Laws (LL.M.)
- 3-5 years' experience working as a Disability Attorney
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
