This full-time role travels with the assigned series and events to facilitate the at-track production of DIRTVision.com live streaming broadcasts.

Duties:

• Setup and operate mobile production unit onsite at DIRTVision.com broadcast events
• Direct live broadcast race coverage by live switching camera angles, adding graphics, inserting pre-produced content and other methods
• Maintain mobile production unit so that production equipment is clean and in working order to minimize potential issues with live broadcasts
• Shoot additional video content at track as needed throughout the year
• Assist in the creation of and editing of post race highlights as needed
• Operate camera for race coverage at select events
• Ensure that live broadcasts are consistent productions and meet DIRTVision standards
• Design graphic elements for show use as needed
• Work with team to help create a consistent archive of event footage
• Assist in the creation of and editing of produced content throughout the year
• Other duties as assigned

Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years broadcast and video production experience
• Knowledge of and interest in short track dirt racing preferred
• High sense of ownership and personal accountability required
• Proven record of dependability and integrity
• Proven history of successfully handling multiple projects simultaneously
• History of and willingness to work in a team environment
• Able to maintain positive demeanor, even in highly stressful or demanding situations

Notes:

• This position is Concord, NC based and will travel to broadcast events
• Between 25 and 90% average monthly travel, including weekends and overnights. Peak travel to occur during racing season which occurs February through November. Travel will be nearly 100% in June and July.
• This position requires frequent sitting and occasional walking and standing; the use of hands to grasp and feel frequently; the occasional lifting of up to 60 pounds; and may require use of close vision
