Preferred Qualifications
Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $99,000 - $185,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.

What will you be doing:
This position will be accountable for assuring the successful implementation of all highly committed contracts for members participating is such programs. Work includes value analysis, operations, clinical review, supplier engagement, system connectivity, project management and work flow practice review. Additional responsibilities include monitoring results, garnering appropriate educational resource s as/if needed and other general project support activities.
This position will collaborate daily with all areas of the performance group team including negotiations, clinical review, analytics and operations

Years of Applicable Experience - 7 or more years
Skills & Experience:
Business Analytics, Member Engagement, Project Management, Software Implementations
Education:
Bachelors

Healthcare Supply Chain experience at Director level or above with sourcing background and clinical experience is preferred

Project Management and successful execution of project plans preferred

Experience using several of the following software (Salesforce, Dynamics, Smartsheet, Premier Tools, Lawson, Peoplesoft, Workday, GHX, CPSI, Tableau) preferred

100 % Remote/Work from Home with <25% Travel. Residence in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions preferred.

Masters
Materials Management certification
Project Management certification
