Job Summary:
Englewood Health is looking to hire a Director of Patient and Family Engagement to be responsible for the strategic deployment of exceptional customer care and service in support of a sustainable positive relationship with patients and their families throughout all EH facilities. The Patient and Family Engagement leader will provide oversight of the active partnership among patients, families, healthcare clinicians, team members and leaders to improve the delivery of healthcare. This position will provide leadership, direction and alignment of all initiatives, policies, programs and education that will lead to the highest quality experience for patients and families, as well as direct the service recovery and organizational response should those expectations not be met.

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.

• Certification in Patient Experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years leadership experience, specializing in patient relations, patient/family engagement and experience required.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in service excellence relevant to services provided by hospitals, medical staffs, and healthcare systems.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Required; Master's Degree preferred.
