Director of Sales, National Accounts for JumpCrew:
Must have experience selling broadcast, media, advertising, etc.
5+ years national sales experience
5+ years leading a sales team
Experience selling complex deals
Experience with long sales cycles
Confidence in interacting with high profile/big logo clientele
Success with pipeline forecasting for revenue
Responsibilities
- Own and develop the sales process for key, high profile clients. This will include pitching and selling to clients by phone and through meetings
- Process Improvement - ensure consistency among Account Executives and Sales Managers for flawless execution of process to include outlining procedures, uncovering barriers and overall compliance.
- Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, sales activity using Salesforce.com for maximum efficiency and visibility
- Organizational Alignment - Align all revenue-driving teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) throughout the entire funnel around a single view of the prospect / customer. Develop expertise and promote understanding of our ideal customers and how we best service their needs.
- Maintain high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross-functional teams, and business partners
- Drive partnership performance, engage with key partners, and deliver excellent customer service
- Metrics and Analytics - establish consistent metrics across the team that identify key trends in the business which can be acted upon.
- Proactively identify and seek out client and industry relationships to optimize revenue
- Develop JumpCrew’s market presence for military brands in the US advertising market.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of national sales experience, preferably at a media organization
- Experienced sales leader, consultative seller and have a proven track record of success in the region
- Ability to hit and exceed quarterly revenue expectations
- Exceptional coaching and leadership skills. Leading sales staff to achieve revenue goals and high performance.
- Strong analytical skills to dissect problems and come up with decisive action plans.
- Strategic thinker who can develop creative, marketing-centric sales strategies for advertisers
- Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills
