POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Sales is a key member of the Independent Living Systems Sales & Marketing Team. This individual is committed to the achievement of the company’s growth aspirations and sales goals. This qualified candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Identifies, qualifies and sells ILS products and services, including nutritional support services, care management, care transitions and managed long term care to healthcare organizations including National and Regional Health Plans, ACOs, Hospitals, Provider Organizations as well as other viable markets/targets that represent opportunity for sales.
- Attend and/or exhibit at Summits and Conferences.
- Responsible for development and successful execution of an annual sales plan and goals.
- Manage to meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Responsible for strategic direction, assuring sustainable new revenue growth utilizing effective sales strategies and processes.
- Developing a strong knowledge of ILS and our products with the ability to present these services to prospects with or without support from SMEs within the organization.
- Outstanding leadership qualities along with the ability to qualify and prioritize leads.
- Familiar with competitors’ services and products.
- Create and implement effective direct sales strategies toward achievement of corporate sales objectives.
- Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other department (Marketing, Finance, IT, Nutrition and Meals call center).
- Work closely with Vice Presidents of Sales and SVP of Sales and provide support when needed.
- Position Reports to the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven ability to motivate and sell consistently achieve or exceed individual and team quotas.
- Demonstrated experience leading marketing initiatives and implementing effective measurements.
- Experience working in a heavy growth environment is preferred.
- 4-years degree required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
