Job description
Smarter Healthcare Partners is a Travel Nursing Agency located in Southborough, MA. We are searching for someone with a management background in the staffing industry to join our team as the Director of Recruiting. The starting salary for this position is $100K per year plus production bonuses.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of 3-6 Travel Nursing Recruiters
- Conducting weekly pipeline meetings
- Analyzing recruiting data and formulating methods to increase productivity
- Coaching and mentoring Recruiters in areas where improvement is necessary
Requirements:
- At least 3 years management experience in a sales-related role (preferably in the staffing industry, especially healthcare staffing)
- Bachelors Degree preferred
