Your Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture strong / growth focused partnerships with retail partners through thoughtful communication, business reviews, innovation opportunities and relationship building
  • Provide industry trends and insights that help develop strategies and drive growth for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Be a problem-solver; work with teams to develop sustainable solutions that benefit members, shoppers and retail partners
  • Position yourself as a thought leader to cross-functional teams both internally and externally to maximize retailers’ growth
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of 3-5 team Partner Success Managers and Coordinators; create a diverse and inclusive work environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (or related field)
  • 7-10+ years experience in account management, prefer experience in retail, CPG, and/or eCommerce
  • Demonstrated program management experience / orchestration skills including solid organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Proven track record motivating and influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders; Comfortable coordinating many projects and working with multiple departments concurrently
  • Highly analytical; Demonstrated strong financial acumen, business ownership, and P&L management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing and selling ideas to senior executives

Employees (and eligible family members) are covered by medical, dental, and vision. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also be eligible to receive discretionary vacation for exempt team members, 10 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and 56 hours of paid sick leave (accrued at a rate of 1 hour for every 25 hours worked). Other compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and the potential for restricted stock units.
Colorado Pay Minimum: $108,600
NYC, WA, and CA Pay Range: $130,200 - $260,500
Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
