Our Director of Operations must have a proven track record of building businesses as well as leading and motivating a team. They must have a thorough knowledge of business systems, revenue generation and are responsible for implementing, with continuous improvement, a performance-based and patient-centric culture.

This position will help the visionary owners drive the business.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Cultivate team culture, lead team meetings and set office goals
Understanding and improving KPIs
Perform team evaluations and disciplinary actions
Monitor schedule throughout the day for efficiency and increased production
Track attrition, case acceptance, new patients, referrals, broken appointments
Monitor reappointment percentages
Review patient statements and resolve patient outstanding balances or credits after insurance
Oversee the accounts payable and receivables by auditing bills, CC payments and all expenses
Oversee the daily closing out of the office, with cash and check deposits. Run and track reports
Close out the month
Update fee schedules in January
Ensure OSHA/HIPPA standards are current
Coordinate continuing education and keep licensing up to date
Monitor office facility to ensure cleanliness and organization
Monitor the ordering of all supplies
Monitor ROI on marketing efforts
Must have dental experience.
