Job Title: Part-time Director of Operations/Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a part-time Director of Operations/Administrative Assistant to assist Charlie Peterson Realtor®. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks and managing day-to-day operations. The candidate will work closely with the team to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule photos for properties
  • Help with property descriptions
  • Manage postcard programs
  • Research and coordinate community events to attend and promote our real estate brand
  • Use social media to create videos and market open houses
  • Plan client appreciation events, as well as seasonal and holiday marketing activities
  • Data Entry and Customer Relation Management Systems.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Previous administrative or operational experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms
  • Familiarity with real estate industry a plus
  • Task Oriented

Preferred:

Strong community ties in the West Volusia County and North Seminole County areas.
