New Brighton a Villa Center is seeking for passionate leader to join their nursing team as a Director of Nursing (DON). As a Director of Nursing you will better the lives of others by planning, organizing, directing, supervising and evaluating nursing services provided in the facility to achieve desired clinical, risk management, and financial outcomes while ensuring that the facility is in compliance with all regulatory requirements of practice standards.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred
- Current MN RN license
- 5+ years of nursing experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Prior experience in Long Term Care (LTC0 or similar settings
