What You Will Be Doing
You will be leading the strategic alignment with our business goals with the CEO and leadership team. You will also be continuing to define new business processes, and manage that processes in conjunction with the Director of Operations and other leads involved in the New Business process.
What You Need for this Position
Must Have:
Nice to Have:
- 5+ years of experience in New Business/Sales, preferably in a Marketing, Ad, or creative Agency setting
- Experience in a Marketing Agency
- Experience with Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Product or related fields
- Experience with SEM, SEO, and PPC
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to close
- Excellent contract review and management skills
Nice to Have:
- Bonus points if the agency during your tenure has grown in employees
