We are seeking a candidate for our Director of Event Management position. Ideal candidate must be a leader who is self-motivated, detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

· Plan and lead event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives

· Source and negotiate contracts with venues, vendors and suppliers

· Hire and supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers, vendors and etc.)

· Oversee AV requirements, pricing strategy and event ticketing

· Work with sales team on event sponsorships (pre- and post-sale)

· Spearhead the event management services by generating RFPs to customers and managing production through all stages to completion.
