Job Purpose/Summary
The Director, HUD Assignment is primarily focused on reducing Crossover Risk for Celink and clients, while also improving Turn-time. This will be accomplished by working towards continuous improvement of processes and efficiencies that consistently meet or exceed internal and external SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the entire HUD Assignment functions
- Responsible for analyzing HUD Assignment processes and timeline with the ability to develop, influence, and implement change
- Continuous monitoring of HUD Assignment pipeline ensuring loan Crossover Risk is reduced and held at a minimal level
- Collaborates with Executive Management both in verbal and written correspondence
- Will be responsible for presenting to Executive leadership regularly and will serve as subject matter expert in area(s) of responsibility
- Will work directly with Clients and/or vendors to address loan and process concerns, both verbally and in written correspondence, to reduce Crossover Risk, improve service and increase turn-time
- Will ensure audit requests from internal and external clients are completed timely
- Responsible for vendor management and oversight on pending Compliance Document impediments and will ensure timely follow-up and processing is occurring
- Will be responsible to lead a team, consisting of managers and supervisors
- Will regularly review staffing in area(s) of responsibility to ensure staffing model aligns with company workforce strategy
- Responsible for performance management, including providing feedback and coaching of employees within department
- Will ensure individual goals as well as department goals are achieved
Qualifications

Education
- High school education or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience/Training
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Reverse Mortgage loan servicing or Reverse Mortgage sub-servicing experience a plus
- Familiarity with FDCPA, TCPA, CFPB, and Consumer Privacy Laws

Pay: $95,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
