What we’re looking for:

EHE is looking for a highly motivated, proactive Director, Finance who will work closely with our CFO to drive strategic financial decisions and position EHE for long-term success. Our Director, Finance will oversee our financial and business results, help drive the organization towards budget and company goals, while proactively identifying opportunities for efficiency gains across the company. We’re looking for someone who will excel at producing financial models, forecasts, and reports for external shareholders, our board of directors (BOD), and senior management.

We need someone with both a passion for analytics and an ability to present department leaders key financial metrics that will shape their business decisions. This job is perfect for a self-starter with a roll-up-their-sleeves mentality and confidence navigating all levels of an organization.


In this role, you will:

  • Compile, analyze and present monthly financial results in a timely, accurate and impactful way
  • Track all financial operations, ensuring compliance and that appropriate best-in-class financial safeguards are in place
  • Play a leadership role on the annual financial and other audits, ensuring that they are completed timely, and any critical recommendations are properly implemented
  • Connect with lenders, investors, and other external stakeholders, ensuring that all questions are answered with appropriate documentation
  • Support the CFO in the crafting of our monthly MDA for our BOD
  • Manage cash flow, including providing weekly and rolling forecasts for BOD
  • Prepare annual operating budgets and rolling forecasts
  • Collaborate with leadership to support growth and success of overall organization strategy
  • Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Develop and communicate financial metrics to senior management
  • Work with business leaders to prepare financial models for new opportunities or products


What the role requires:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field; MBA degree and/or CFA designation a plus
  • 5+ years’ experience with financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting
  • Significant M&A experience; serving in house at a portfolio company during a transaction a strong plus
  • Previous experience working in Investment Banking, Private Equity or Venture Capital
  • Track record of producing clean audits of companies’ financial function
  • Ability to translate complex finance concepts into actionable insights for presentation to business leaders for decision-making
  • Experience manipulating and analyzing large raw data sets
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Superb Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ease presenting complex topics across diverse audiences

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $225,000 and is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications and skills.
