• Job Description: Seeking Direct Support Professional/ Caregiver that is ON CALL to work in our group homes. This is a AS NEEDED position, working Day/Night shift hours. One must be able to effectively work with persons with developmental disabilities, professional staff, and support staff. Direct Support Professionals follow the consumer's behavior support plans, implementation plans, and Windermere Home Care Policies. We are looking for candidates with exceptional communication and organizational skills, who can prioritize and multi-manage. We seek professionals that will demonstrate mature and value-based conduct, with the ability to work independently, with little supervision, but also able to help and assist other staff as needed.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

• 12 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Winter Garden, FL 34787: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
