Do you have a passion for helping others and desire a job you love? Cares of Western PA is looking for a full-time DSP working with adults with intellectual disabilities at the Cheswick Campus of our community based day program.

In this program, participants are in the community approximately 75% of the time, volunteering for non-profits, learning life skills and prevocational skills, or enjoying recreational activities. This position is Monday- Friday only, no nights weekends or holidays!

Full-time staff receive a company vehicle to use for getting to and from work along with their entire workday!

In addition to these excellent benefits, CARES of Western PA is now offering a $1,000 sign on bonus, paid in 3 installments over the first 90 days of employment.

Candidates must be 18 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, obtain a physical examination and secure criminal clearances.
