Aegis Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide direct support, positive direction, and assistance to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in accordance with the Oregon Administrative Rules.

Aegis DSPs implement all resident support plans, assist residents in achieving their personal goals and desires, provide interaction and choices for activities that support a meaningful day, and support residents in achieving independence in their activities of daily living.

Our south Salem location has full-time positions with a starting wage rate of $18 per hour.

Aegis DSPs receive 4 wage increases per year, for as long as they are Aegis team members, and after successfully completing their 90-day probationary period.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the United States, able to pass the Oregon Department of Human Services background check, and possess a current CPR and First Aid certification.
