Once you are offered the job, you will train at this same site, before you are placed at the actual facility/center which is at 5509 Wipprecht St., Houston, TX 77026,

This is a job that requires working with adolescent males that live in the center to work on daily living skills, behavioral approaches, and issues that they have that impedes their ability to live in a family home.

All can apply. MALES encouraged to apply for this position to be male role models for the boys. The boys at the facility could benefit from having some good male role models. Boys stay in the facility 24 hours a day. Attend local schools.

The responsibility for the position will include but not limited to supervising the children at the facility, teaching them certain responsibilities to be able to take care of their daily needs and build skills; participate in recreational activities, meal and snack times; transport to school and other designated places, etc., including documenting daily reports on children in your cluster.

On the job training will be provided.

Employee's behavior - positive energy and attitude is a must. Follow and adhere to guidelines and supervisor's instructions. Looking for individual that will do their best and all that they can while on duty.
