At Eden Prairie we strive to provide our individuals with first-class service in a non-institutionalized environment that focuses on community and Gentle Teaching techniques. In providing first-class service, Eden Prairie will regularly collaborate with individuals’ families/guardians, caseworkers, physicians, and health care professionals to create and follow-out a person-centered plan with strategies to improve individuals’ quality of life while upholding their dignity.

Our programs specialize in providing daily care to neuro-diverse individuals with various disabilities or debilitating disorders including mental illness, developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, and substance abuse disorders. Our organization is capable of servicing individuals with co-occurring disorders, high-behavioral episodes, and in some cases rehabilitating individuals coming out of the correctional system. At Eden Prairie, individuals shall experience an atmosphere of peace and well-being while receiving the personal care and support they need to achieve the highest level of self-actualization. Our hope is that this leads to a fulfilled life worth living like we would have ourselves.

Our licensed and unlicensed homes offer a homelike atmosphere of small staffing ratios, and in some cases individualized care, so that each of our individuals receives the support they deserve. Every aspect of the Eden Prairie program is organized to focus on nurturing the physical, emotional, spiritual, and social wellbeing of our individuals.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend availability

• Lansing, MI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
