Green Tree Country Club is a privately owned country club. All staff members are here to serve the needs of the membership with class and respect. This position will be interacting with our members on a regular basis. We have a great team in place and we all understand that our members come first.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with members and guests about when their food will be ready and any problems that may arise in a friendly and sincere manner.
• Interact with other service and cooking staff to ensure speedy and effective operations so guests receive their food as quickly and accurately as possible.
• Handle food carefully and responsibly while serving guests their dishes.
• Provide a friendly and caring experience for every member and guest that comes into the club, upholding Green Tree's hospitality standards.
• Train other employees in standard practices and procedures in a shadow-style training program.

Required Qualifications

• Evening and weekends shifts required
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Results-driven and goal-oriented with a priority on teamwork
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and move heavy items
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to get along with any kind of person

We do have openings for Full and Part Time positions.
Both Full and Part Time positions require availability in the evenings and weekends.
Full Time should also be available for Lunch shifts.
