Dining Room Manager candidates must be strong leaders and have high standards for service and integrity. Candidates should have either 2 year’s industry experience at any level, or some management experience from another industry.

Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, overseeing all FOH functions and FOH staff, bar menu planning, liquor ordering and liquor cost and other cost controls. The Dining Room Manager must also have strong interpersonal and management skills.
