We are currently seeking a skilled Dim Sum Chef to join our team!

This position offers a comprehensive package including:

Desired candidates will have:

• 2-3+ years' experience as a Dim Sum chef/cook in a well-rated restaurant
• Experience in Asian inspired restaurants is highly preferred
• Understanding of classic dim sum, folding techniques, and knife cuts
• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards of the restaurant in a high pace restaurant
• Full availability; including weekends

Requirements:

• A team first mentality and ability to interact professionally with other team members
• Ability top safely operate kitchen equipment
• Ability to perform job at a continuous pace while maintaining quality and speed standards
• Ability to make required doughs, fillings and mise en place to recipe specification
• Ability to fold required dumplings to recipe specification
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
