The Digital Workforce Coordinator (DWC) is the heart and soul of our Sourcing and Staffing department, known as Delivery. The DWC interfaces with our in-the-field Operations team, ensuring top-notch workforce solutions are delivered to our clients. These workforce solutions are managed and custom matched to our clients with our proprietary workforce solution, MS Force. You will increase your firsthand technology experience using this workforce solution for our clients.


What you will do


  • Analyze local employment market, review historical placement data and industry-based research to determine effective recruiting strategies to support various clients hiring needs
  • Source candidates both active and passive through all applicable recruiting channels including traditional recruitment activity, digital and media engagement, local marketing and community involvement
  • Work with the operations team and customer(s) to understand their unique hiring needs and fill various needs with qualified associates, in a fast-paced environment
  • Define each phase of the hiring process to fit the unique and diverse hiring needs of a wide customer base, supporting clients with high volume recruitment needs, project-based employment and contingent employment
  • Effectively utilize all online recruitment tools to acquire and manage talent (ATS, job boards, social networking /media channels, etc.)
  • Track job orders and initiate recruitment for new roles paying close attention to high priority situations
  • Conduct orientations and foster successful candidate relationships.
  • Define and select qualified candidates based on the orientation results
  • Assign qualified candidates to the jobs and ensure that customers are matched with the right workforce for their needs
  • Communicate and manage the initial relationship with candidates and employees
  • Assist candidates and employees on the system use as needed
  • Keep the funnel health by managing/cleaning them daily
  • Maintain accurate information in Applicant Tracking System
  • Conduct exit interviews with associates at the end of their assignment to identify continuous improvement initiatives and re-deployment opportunities
  • Support local operation teams on HR compliance process such as I-9, Background check, Drug screen, Direct Deposit, Pay cards, etc.


What you will bring to the role


  • Tech-savvy. Strong proficiency with basic computer hardware and software skills including CRM (Salesforce.com +)
  • Proven customer support/service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working directly with the end user/customer to provide delivery solutions
  • Able to analyze situations and apply critical thinking skills to react quickly
  • Able to work in a team environment to accomplish needed end result for applicant, employee and/or client
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly in a changing environment
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with a strong systems process orientation
  • Able to communicate effectively through verbal and written correspondence
  • Proven self-starter
  • Strong problem solving & critical thinking skills
  • Able to travel in their designated area as needed
  • College degree preferred
