Evolver is seeking a Digital Project Specialist. The contract Digital Project Specialist will be responsible for assisting the client’s Shareholder Services and Communications Departments with advancing digital, web, and email projects from plan to completion. The location is remote and this is a full-time temporary role.

• Formulating, organizing and monitoring inter-connected projects.
• “Business as usual” tasks coordinating updates to the public websites and execution of investor digital communications.
• Deciding on suitable strategies and objectives.
• Coordinating cross-project activities.
• Resolve projects’ higher scope issues.
• Prepare reports for program directors.

• 10 years of program and project management experience in the Financial Services industry.
• 5 years developing, refining, and implementing digital products.

• Coordinate activities between multiple projects, with proven success in developing, refining, and implementing digital products, managing roadmaps and governance controls.
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
• Successful strategy, development, implementation, scheduling, and cost performance of a major program, or multiple programs.
• Experience managing one or more projects or programs focused in the digital space, financial services and compliance focused.
• Responsible for all phases of the program management, budget, contracts, quality assurance/testing, and technical direction.
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
• Excellent working knowledge of program/project management methodologies and tools is a strong advantage.
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field.
• Project/Program management certifications a plus.
